Cast 3 was aborted on deck and contains no valid data. Samples were collected on cast 2 and casts 4-38. Sea-Bird-supplied and CSIRO calibration factors were used to compute the pressures, preliminary conductivity oxygen and temperature data. The data were subjected to automated QC to remove spikes and out-of-range values.\nThe final conductivity calibration was based on one deployment grouping. The primary sensor had a standard deviation of 0.0012186. The secondary sensor had a standard deviation of 0.0011728. Both sensors had a standard deviation (S.D) less than our target of \u2018better than 0.002 PSU\u2019.\nThe final oxygen calibration from the primary sensor had a standard deviation of 0.61387uM. The final oxygen calibration for the secondary sensor had a standard deviation of 0.56887. The agreement between the sensor and bottle data was good for both sensors. Both Oxygen sensors calibrated closely.\nA Biospherical photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), Wetlabs transmissometer and Chelsea fluorometer sensors were also installed on the auxiliary A/D channels of the CTD.\nThe collected data were subsequently processed and archived within the CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere (O&A) Information and Data Centre (IDC) in Hobart.
