Also contained in the datafile are unit numbers and state of origin for relevant wells.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nTo indicate the corrected potentiometric surface for the GAB Aquifer.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nThis file was developed along with a number of other data sets as part of the Australian Government funded research program entitled Allocating Water and Maintaining Springs in the GAB.\n\nhttp://archive.nwc.gov.au/library/topic/groundwater/allocating-water-and-maintaining-springs-in-the-great-artesian-basin\n\nThis file contains locality and relative to height datum measurements of groundwater (RSWL) from the GAB (JK) Aquifer that were used to develop the corrected potentiometric surface for the GAB Aquifer.
