The source dataset is identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement. Annual flows (GL/year) were derived for a number of Namoi gauging stations. They are created from synthesised data based on the New South Wales Office of Water (NOW) Hydstra surface water database. Data was extracted from the Hydstra format to .csv files for surface water sites within the Namoi region. Quality codes are explained in the Data Quality Codes file. ## **Dataset History** Daily streamflow data for sites extracted from the Hydstra surface water database within the Namoi subregion were accumulated for each year to produce the annual flow and the results plotted. The annual flow data for each year was subtracted from the mean annual flow to produce difference from the mean for each year.
