ASGS SA3 2021 - MMM 2023
This file links 2021 Statistical Area Level 3 (SA3) regions to their 2023 Modified Monash Model (MMM) classifications. It provides SA3 codes, names, state, area, MMM category (MM 1–7), and estimated resident population. The data supports analysis of remoteness and population distribution for health workforce planning and regional policy, based on ABS and Department of Health standards. Overlapping SA3s and MMM classes are detailed in separate rows.
