This dataset was supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by the Victorian Department of Environment and Primary Industries and is presented here as originally supplied. Metadata was not provided and has been compiled by the Bioregional Assessment Programme based on the known details at the time of acquisition.


This workbook includes groundwater level data for state observation bores in the Gippsland Basin. The workbook includes aquifer codes and regions to assist with identifying groundwater level trends across the Gippsland Basin. Other attribute data includes the hydrostratigraphic unit (HGU) for each monitoring bore and the Groundwater Management Unit (GMU) for each monitoring bore.


This dataset has been provided to the BA Programme for use within the programme only. Third parties may request a copy of the data from http://www.depi.vic.gov.au/.
