Queensland Reconstruction Authority conducted Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Monitoring (DARMSys) audits of residences in the Brisbane, Bundaberg, Fraser, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Gympie, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Logan, Moreton Bay, Noosa, North Burnett, Redland, Scenic Rim, Somerset, Southern Downs, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Western Downs Council area following South East Queensland Rainfall and Flooding, 22 February - 5 April 2022. The event was a rainfall and flooding event which occurred in South East Queensland from 22 February to 5 April 2022.

This dataset contains summary counts per Locality and Local Government Area of the damage severity of residences surveyed. 4 surveys were undertaken and all surveys are in the dataset (phase 1 June 2022, phase 2 October 2022, phase 3 February 2023, phase 4 July 2023).
