Sentinel chicken data
This dataset includes detections of three arboviruses (Murray Valley encephalitis, Kunjin and Japanese encephalitis) in sentinel chickens by location, local government area and local health district by the week ending Saturday (epidemiological week) from 2003 onwards. Chickens are bled weekly and tested for the presence of Murray Valley encephalitis, Kunjin and Japanese encephalitis.
