This dataset is a soil map of the Brigalow Research Station, Central Queensland. The study area covers parts of the Glenmoral Gap and Roundstone Creek (8848-2 and 8848-3) 1:50,000 map sheets. Approximately 3800 hectares of land were mapped at a scale of 1:23,670 during 1969. Twenty-seven sites were assessed using the free survey method and twenty-five soil groups were identified.
