Total hospital admissions, excluding extracorporeal dialysis by sex and hospital type (public, private, all. Note: private and all hospital data are not available for Tasmania, NT and ACT) in 2011/12 by SLA 2011. Overnight hospital admissions by principal diagnosis (cancers, circulatory diseases, digestive diseases, genitourinary diseases, infectious and parasitic diseases, injury and poisoning, musculoskeletal diseases, pregnancy and childbirth and respiratory diseases) in public hospitals and all hospitals (excluding Tasmania, NT and ACT where data for all hospitals is not available), and by procedure type (tonsillectomy, myringotomy, Caesarean section and hysterectomy) in 2011/12 by LGA 2011. Same day renal dialysis by public dialysis units and all dialysis units (not available for Tasmania, NT and ACT) in 2011/12 by SLA 2011.
