Seismic interpretation of top Permian in the Cooper Basin area is reasonably straight forward. The interpreted depth value at wells that penetrate the Permian top used in the depth conversion is within 2 metres of the Permian well pick. Seismic interpretation of top Basement in the Eromanga Basin area is difficult.
