The Library Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025 (branded We Love Libraries 2025) was a library-wide initiative that ran for six weeks in June and July 2025, with a strong focus on maximising engagement across all areas of service. The survey gathered valuable community feedback on library use, performance, personal and community outcomes.
