The Polyline feature class contains line work that represents the position of the vegetation and generalised water lines for WA held by DoT. The dataset also includes lines that mark the extent of sand drift areas along the WA coast. This dataset has been captured using available imagery and photogrammetric techniques. These coastline movement lines are used by the Department of Transport, WA, to produce coastline movement drawings. These drawings and their associated data are used by coastal engineers to estimate horizontal setback datum used in coastal planning. The dataset is currently not available for download.
