• Purpose - To provide an interim planning framework , including an Interim Structure Plan, to enable the Morayfield South Emerging Community Area to develop in an orderly and integrated manner.
• Status - In place for up to 24 months, having effect from 15 September 2021.
• Further information - The TLPI suspends or otherwise affects certain parts of the MBRC Planning Scheme relating to the Morayfield South Emerging Community Area. This will be consistent with the rural residential designation of the land.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Restricting inconsistent and premature urban development, including subdivision. These could limit orderly development and the future use of parts of the area for enterprise and employment activities.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
• Status - In place for up to 12 months, having effect from 18 June 2025.
