2016 SoE Biodiversity NVIS community loss (%)

Map showing the changes in vegetation extent in 75 Australian vegetation communities (as defined by the National Vegetation Information System 4.1) since 1750. Data analysis provided by Ayesha Tulloch of the Australian National University - using data from the the Australian Government Department of the Environment and Energy (National Vegetation Information System (NVIS) Major Vegetation Subgroups (MVS) 4.1).
