This short video of less than two minutes duration depicts the history of magmatism through time across the Australian continent, from 3.5 billion years ago to the present. The video is based on publicly-available geochronological data that has been compiled within the Interpreted Ages module of the ISOTOPES database, and delivered through the GA Portal via the Geochronology and Isotopes persona.
