Brisbane Food Trucks — Sites

This dataset is available on Brisbane City Council’s open data website – data.brisbane.qld.gov.au. The site provides additional features for viewing and interacting with the data and for downloading the data in various formats.
The Brisbane Food Trucks website (bnefoodtrucks.com.au) was updated on 30 June 2025. As part of this update, the previous data API has been decommissioned. While the datasets remain accessible, they may no longer be fully functional, and are currently under review. The Brisbane Food Trucks website is a one-stop-shop for gourmet food trucks. The website allows food truck operators to create profiles, upload menu information and take advantage of GPS technology to enable customers to track their location. To help third parties promote Brisbane Food Trucks, we have enabled a data API. This release is one-way data feed only. The intent of the API is to allow external parties to replicate the mapping feature provided by the site. This dataset provides details of the Council sites that are available for approved Gourmet Food trucks to book and was created using the API. It also contains additional data/images for Food Truck operators to position on site.
