This dataset contains eligible regions where biodiversity projects can be established under the Nature Repair Act 2023 Replanting Native Forest and Woodlands Ecosystems method.The Nature Repair Market Scheme is a government initiative that incentivise actions to restore and protect the environment. It encourages nature positive land management practices that deliver improved biodiversity outcomes. The scheme establishes a marketplace where individuals and organisations can undertake nature repair projects to generate a tradable certificate. More information is available on the Nature Repair Market or via the Platform for Land and Nature Repair (PLANR).These eligible regions are based on a subset of the Interim Biogeographic Regionalisation for Australia Version 7.0 Subregions.
