The Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG) is a legislative safety net scheme of last resort. Eligible employees who have lost their job due to liquidation or bankruptcy of their employer and who are owed certain unpaid employment entitlements can lodge a claim through FEG for financial assistance. Note: Data is updated quarterly in arrears

Biannual Data

• FEG claims received by jurisdiction
• FEG claims received by industry
• Total FEG expenditure by entitlements paid

Note: Data is updated biannually in arrears. Available from July 2022
