SimpleLMM: An easy-to-use R Shiny interface for testing longitudinal data

The RShiny “SimpleLMM” application allows the user to compute a linear mixed model (LMM) over a user provided cohort. In the user interface (UI) the user can select and create the LMM formula to be compute. After this step, the tool enables the user to explore the parameter selected, the number of follow up visits available, the values at baseline and the results from statistical modelling using the parameters selected and offering different plot options.
