qPCR quantifications and calculations for experimental oysters for assessing their ability to accumulate DNA of E. coli within four organs of interest (Mantle, Gill, Palp, Digestive gland). This data contains beta actin (SYBR) values that serving as an DNA input standard as well as E. coli ybbW DNA quantities. Calculations for the Ecoli/beta actin DNA ratio, total copies/reaction are included in the metadata.
