Grazing land management regions of Queensland

Created 12/11/2025

Updated 12/11/2025

The Grazing Land Management (GLM) regions of Queensland delineate regional areas for which specific Land Types of Queensland are described. The GLM regional boundaries are based on unique combinations of Interim Biogeographical Regionalisation of Australia (IBRA), Natural Resource Management areas, shires, catchments, and roads. The final delineation of regional boundaries was determined by funding bodies and the chronological development of land types.
