Carrier licences

Under section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 1997, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is required to maintain a register which includes:

all nominated carrier declarations currently in force
all carrier licences currently in force and
all conditions of such licences.

The register document can be found on the ACMA's website here and links each nominated carrier declaration and carrier licence to data.gov.au.
