IMOS SOOP Underway Data from AIMS Vessel RV Cape Ferguson Trip 5155 From 24 Mar 2011 To 06 Apr 2011

'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Cape Ferguson Trip 5155.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Turbidity at 1.9m on trip 5155 from 24 Mar 2011 through to 06 Apr 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Fluorescence at 1.9m on trip 5155 from 24 Mar 2011 through to 06 Apr 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Salinity at 1.9m on trip 5155 from 24 Mar 2011 through to 06 Apr 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a SBE 21 conductivity cell manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 21.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Seawater Intake Temperature at 1.9m on trip 5155 from 24 Mar 2011 through to 06 Apr 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a SBE 38 remote temperature sensor manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 38.
