Eligibility for jobactive generally depends on the type of Government income support a person is receiving, as well as individual circumstances. With respect to individuals on the Disability Support Pension (DSP), the following cohorts are fully eligible for jobactive services:

• DSP recipient with compulsory requirements i.e. DSP recipients aged under 35 years with a work capacity of eight or more hours per week (without a youngest child under six years). • DSP recipients subject to review (without compulsory requirements) undertaking a Program of Support provided they remain connected or do not exit for more than 13 weeks.

DSP recipients not in one of the above groups are eligible for the Volunteer Online Employment Services Trial (VOEST).
