This data records the boundaries of Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permits (AHIPs) issued, varied, surrendered or revoked under Section 90a of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. Some AHIPs have not been included in the layer due to poor data quality or missing information. Users should verify the exact boundary with the AHIP documentation and refer to the AHIP Public Register to identify any AHIPs in an area that have not been included in the layer.
