The Measurement of Seagrass Photosynthesis Using PAM Fluorometry - Seasonal variation in the photosynthetic rates

Created 23/06/2025

Updated 23/06/2025

The study aims to determine the seasonal photosynthetic variation in Posidonia sinuosa, Posidonia australis and Halophila ovalis. Sampling was conducted in in-situ seagrasses over eight months, from spring 2004 to autumn 2004 at Woodman Point, Western Australia.
