Data will be in the form of a report, which will be a secured (printable, non-editable), searchable, Portable Document Format (PDF) showing the results of the analyses. Species list (of corals) compiled during the analysis will be made available as a Microsoft Excel CSV file The objective of the WAMSI DREDGING SCIENCE NODE Project 4.2 is to critically review/evaluate the existing scientific literature on the effects of sediments on corals based on a contemporary understanding of the water quality conditions that can occur during dredging, from WAMSI DREDGING SCIENCE NODE Project 4.1. The reviews will access information available in the published literature (as identified in searches of standard databases such as ISI Web of Knowledge) as well as searches via Google scholar (for grey material). The review will also examine all literature cited during the EIS stages of large scale dredging projects and which has been used to develop water quality thresholds for impact prediction.
