Cooper Subregion Clip - Geofabric v2.1 National Catchment Boundaries Level 2 Drainage Basin Group

Abstract

This dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme. The parent datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.

This dataset contains a clip of Geofabric NCB Level 2 Drainage Basin Group catchments from the Cooper Basin subregion boundary.

Purpose

This dataset provides areas of catchments within the Cooper Basin subregion.

Dataset History

The Feature Class - NCBLevel2DrainageBasinGroup from the Geofabric Surface Catchments - V2.1 dataset (GUID: ea1b6f6c-e8a3-4c78-a463-044c89857fc0) was clipped using the ArcCatalog Clip tool to the Cooper Basin subregion (Bioregional Assessment areas v04, GUID: e8a2d577-c5c5-4e2c-b0fa-53e4b2d4a034). As the subregion extends across two drainage basins, the clipped regions of each basin were exported as separate shapefiles.
