Part 1 - Pillara Range: Blendevale. Twenty five core samples from Devonian sediments from the Pillara Range in the Canning Basin were examined for conodonts in an attempt to provide age determinations on the rock sequence and to investigate the distribution on the rock sequence and to investigate the distribution of conodonts in various lithofacies. Part 2 - Pinnacles Area: Five samples from two drill holes in the Pinnacles area were submitted for age determination.
