This layer shows premises regulated by EPA under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994, including sites with Level 2 Permits, Environmental Protection Notices (EPN), and Contaminated Sites notices. Data is auto-updated daily from EPA's NELMS regulatory database. The spatial location for each premises has been selected by the corresponding regulatory officer to best represent the regulated activity.
