These datasets comprise observations from Biogeochemical Argo (BGC-Argo) profiling floats deployed during RV Investigator voyages. The floats collect high-resolution measurements of ocean physical and biogeochemical properties, including temperature, salinity, and combinations of dissolved oxygen, pH, dissolved nitrate, chlorophyll fluorescence, particulate backscatter, and incoming solar radiation.

The datasets support investigations into variability in the ocean’s biological carbon pump, the uptake of anthropogenic CO₂ by the ocean, and long-term trends in ocean deoxygenation and acidification.
