This record presents new Sensitive High Resolution Ion MicroProbe (SHRIMP) U–Pb geochronological results from widely distributed regions in northeast Queensland, encompassing the Thomson Orogen (Greenvale and Charters Towers provinces), Mossman Orogen (Hodgkinson Province) and Cape York (including the Iron Range Province). This work was carried out under the auspices of a National Collaboration Framework (NCF) Project Agreement between Geoscience Australia (GA) and the Geological Survey of Queensland (GSQ) between July 2015 and June 2016. Investigations and mapping programs by the GSQ. Detailed results encompassing location and geological context, description of the target mineral for geochronology, the relevant analytical data, and a brief interpretation are presented for each sample. A summary of the results is presented in Table i, and the sample locations are shown in Figure i. The data and age interpretations contained in this record are also available in Geoscience Australia’s Geochron Delivery database (http://www.ga.gov.au/geochron-sapub-web/).
