The Victorian Employer Skills Survey gathered insights from Victorian businesses about the skills, recruitment and training needs of Victorian employers. Participants were invited to share their views on:

the impact of skills gaps on business operations and productivity recruitment experiences and challenges current or anticipated future skill gaps whether training was being used perceptions of the accessibility and quality of training and its impact, including on addressing skills needs challenges in accessing quality training.

The survey invited a sample of Victorian workplaces from across 19 industry sectors across geographic locations to participate. Insights helped identify areas of skills needs and skills demand, and supported the development of strategies to help improve Victoria’s TAFE and training system. Access results dashboards here.
